Went in to have regular nail polish removed and a regular pedicure, no polish. The price in the brochure is $25.00. Twenty minutes later, she was finished, no massage as described in the brochure, plus the charge was $30 plus tax. When I questioned the price I was told it’s more expensive if you don’t have polish or the mani/pedi. This does not make any sense. I won’t be returning. very very poor customer service…i do not recommend at all. there is other nail spa that will actually honour your presence.
I received a traditional mani pedi (regular polish) with Jessica and was pleasantly surprised with her speed and quality of her work. Great pricing & flexible to get me in last minute before the holidays, thank you!
