I had an awful encounter with one specific receptionist (older lady) Unfortunately, this particular person, seemed to disregard my questions, wouldn't even try to help me with my 4 year old and basically told me to go back to qld (where I come from) refused my request to speak or ask the Dr if they could concider taking on a new child client as they had 2 available appointments..
