I found that Dr. Lee is a bit aggressive when working in the mouth, and the dental hygienists were as well. During my appointments, I felt very uncomfortable with how rough the cleaning process was. In 2025, I visited Seymour Dental Centre, and the receptionist Katherine was wonderful. She was actually the main reason I decided to enroll with them for my dental appointments. Dr. Lee and his entire staff are truly amazing! I've always had a lot of anxiety when it comes to seeing the dentist, but Dr. Lee has completely changed that for me. He’s not only incredibly skilled and knowledgeable at what he does, but also kind, patient, and understanding—especially with someone like me who gets really nervous.
