Poor service, overpriced. I understand this jeweler has been in business over 20 years in downtown Ann Arbor. I was very unhappy with their customer service and in fact after they incorrectly sized my engagement ring (and told me the band was so thin it would probably break!) I went to another jeweler to have it correctly sized who charged HALF of what Seyfried did. Avoid Seyfried's.

stay away i had a simple battery change on my tag heur. they didn't tighten the back of the watch and condensation and water got in my watch and now it is ruined.

Great Service! My husband bought my engagement and wedding ring from Seyfried. He was very impressed with the customer service and prices. He did a lot of shopping around and found that Seyfried offered the best deals. They do not pressure you to buy their jewelry, like most shops do! We ended up getting my husband's wedding band there as well. I would highly recommend Seyfried to anyone. I am very happy with my rings and they sized them perfectly!

poor craftsmanship and slow process – Friendly staff, but the platinum wedding band they made for me was very poor in craftsmanship, lines were not parallel and the grooves not uniform, starting narrow and finishing large...Also they were 2 weeks behind schedule. At the end, they just told me they could not help me further since they were no more time left before my wedding.....not a good experience a week before my wedding.
