If I can give less I would! I came in for a pedicure. I did not have any nail polish, nor did I want any. I just wanted a cleaning. The woman that waited on me was absolutely horrible to say the least. She took in total 10 minutes. When I pointed out certain mistakes such as they weren’t cut evenly, nor filed I was dismissed. I then asked if she can use the pumice properly on the bottom of my feet. She said no, and that was it. When I called the manager he spoke to her and she walked away from him. I came in to use the ATM and was told it was for customers only, which I understand. However, the way it was communicated was loud and embarrassing. I believe customer service can be handled more respectfully. Thats the reason for the one star. Sorry.
Let me start by mentioning that I gave this salon several tries regardless owners greedy and rude attitude because of good location. Though, they overcharge customers while using cheap products and dirty tools. The only place I know which would charge again for broken nails or fungus removal. Final thought- stay away and find a clean and more accommodating salon!
I did a regular manicure with regular polish and the same it started to chip. Went back the next day and was told they cant do anything for me. I am NOT going back. And Im gonna make sure none of my family comes back
