Went in for pedicure and was helped by Pauline. She was meticulous with cleaning my toes (I hadn’t had a pedicure in 2 months) and was gentle. I didn’t feel rushed (I was also there at 11am on a Monday) and she was gentle. FYI start to finish the pedicure took about 1 hour 15mins because she really took her time, so idk if that’s too slow for some. I loved my French tip and her great care. Wanted to leave a review in case you’re thinking about visiting and don’t know who to ask for.

Honestly avoid this place, even though I told the lady I was in pain multiple times. Even other customers were looking at my discomfort, she would not stop. I understand there is a language barrier, but I think pulling my feet away and saying it hurts should be enough to stop the unnecessary digging on the sides of my nails. I had no ingrown coming in, and I have been to other places where they rather not cause unnecessary damage. I am still in pain and very upset with my experience.

If youre a newbie or have a shy personality, do not come here. I got a pedicure and they were really aggressive with me and the w other people with me. It's clear their goals is getting you done as fast as possible. It's been 3 days and my big toe still hurts. They clean their tools with soap and water, but they do not disinfectant them.
