I came to this salon 2 weeks ago to get my builder gel removed and do a regular polish manicure. before booking an appointment I called to confirm if they drill off builder gel and the woman I spoke to on the phone said they do. however, the nail tech who did my nails ended up drilling them with a drill bit that wasn’t strong enough and didn’t leave my nails smooth. she then proceeded to soak them 3 times and still wasn’t able to remove all the builder gel. Absolutely love this nail salon! The staff are friendly, professional, and always do an amazing job. The salon is clean, relaxing, and has a great selection of colors. My nails always look perfect and last for weeks, highly recommend!
Love my experience here! First time coming and they saw me right away after calling if they had any availability for a full set. I left so happy because they are done so perfectly and the woman who did them was gentle and confirmed after every step if I liked them. I will definitely come here again! Very shiny nails :)
