Edit: contacted the business who asked me to take down my review in exchange for a refund of the cuticle service which in itself is unlawful. A business should provide a repair, refund or replacement service regardless of whether a review is made/kept/deleted. Made an appt for a full set of acrylics. Arrived 15 mins early and was still rushed. Nail shape also wonky on one hand and had to fix it myself at home. The nail tech used the nail drill on my cuticles which ripped my skin off! Place was nice, a lot of colors and options available. The chairs. GOD BLESS THE MASSAGING CHAIRS. They’re Great for waiting and also for using while getting a pedicure. I would 5 stars is the lady who did my nails hadnt had an attitude when i ACCIDENTALLY smudged one of my nails. My friend had acryclics and they’re perfect.

I got a French manicure on Monday, and by Wednesday the polish had already chipped on three nails. I went back on Thursday to get it fixed, and today (Friday) another nail is chipped again. The service was good at first, but the second time I went back it was done very poorly. They filed my nails and only reapplied the white tip without repainting the whole nail.
