Although the phone lines are crazy and at one point I was on the line waiting for 2 hours before it was picked up, the staff on the phone and in practice are amazing. So kind, friendly and reassuring. I had a coil insert appt and was very nervous due to a failed one some years ago, and they were so understanding. This time the worst bit was the speculum. The staff are wonderful and deserve the 5 stars, shame they are clearly not staffed adequately to deal with the volume of calls.

I spent MONTHS in trying to get in touch with someone and no one answered the phone, I called over 200 times and I’m not exaggerating, I’m based in Southampton and I have to commute to a London clinic because the service in Southampton is nonexistent! I went to Bitterne clinic and the reception told me the service has been closed due to lack of staff! This is seriously disgraceful! I’m actually shocked that there isn’t a sexual health clinic in Southampton that actually works!
