They must put the phone answer machine during there specified operating hours. The reception here act like they have no time for you? When they are supposed to be in a public service role??? Get over yourselfs...
Highly recommend this clinic, i had an issue down stairs with green discharge. this placed found the issue even though i never thought id get herpes they assured me it’s okay and I can live with it and the treatment plan I’ve been given is good. The people here were so nice Thank you
I had appointment yesterday at 1:40pm they didn't call me
Very rude and unprofessional front desk staff that can't be bothered doing there job properly and very very rude and are in need of retraining or getting the sack and bring in people who will do the job properly and professionaly and friendly because this lot are no good at all.
