The service was good other then the fact i handed the gal my insurance card and she barely looked at it. Then they charged me 60$ for contact lenses fit when my insurance said that I only needed to pay 40$. I left with no glasses or contact lenses and no paperwork about my visit other than a receipt for 109$. I'm still not sure what I paid for!
I provided this practice my insurance information 2 weeks ago today, set an appointment for today, walk in today and was told "sorry someone yesterday didn't verify your insurance". Plus when I they look surprised when I said I have insurance.
