Loved my experience living at the Sexton! Never had any issues over my 6 years of owning. Definitely a hidden downtown gem with tons of character and a reasonable HOA.
"A Living Experience You’ll Want to Forget" I usually don’t write reviews, but after my time at the Sexton Lofts, I feel it’s necessary to warn others. While the building’s exterior and prime location might seem appealing at first, that’s where the positives end. First and foremost, the management is a disaster. The HOA, in particular, seems more interested in seasonal plants and maintaining their extravagant $1500 mulch project in the courtyard than actually addressing the needs of the residents.
