I live next door to a Sexton Property House Rental, and the individuals that rented the house, trashed the house, back yard, and ruined my entire side of the fence. I have waited over 9 months for my fence to be repaired, and still nothing. I have emailed, called dozens of times. They say they will fix it, but nothing has been done. I have never left a negative review, but they don't follow through, or follow up, or do what they say there are going to do... .
Awesome
We rented from Sexton for almost 7 years. They were always responsive and also flexible. The location of the house and neighborhood were both excellent. We are only moving because we built a new house. I would rent with them again. Carolyn was always a pleasure to work with.
