First picture showing what I purchased from their website, a purple lavender and white basket of flowers with ivy garland trim versus the flowers that they delivered to the funeral home. Very upsetting that I even paid the up charge for a bigger arrangement, total was well over $100, and the arrangement was not even close to the color or look. The white roses were already wilting. Bait and switch.
Not impressed with customer service nor the quality of their flowers and plants. The lady I spoke with was more worried about making snarky little comments and trying to tell someone they did something wrong (I did everything exactly as the website said) rather than actually helping someone. Called me to tell me that I did not fill out the sympathy card correctly and it had already been delivered. Got to the funeral home, everything was correct on the card.
Ordered same day delivery flowers for my sister and I live in a different state. They delivered very quickly and the flowers we’re gorgeous!
This lady is completely rude when it snows and they are closed don't park there they will call the law and threaten to tow you and she is completely ugly to everyone
