My experience with this company was terrible. I wouldn't even consider giving them one gold star. The sexton companies refused to renew my lease with no reason, kicking me out of my home in the middle of a housing market crisis. (No, it was not renovated, I had no outstanding dues, no complaints, nothing wrong on my part) Before that, my apartment was broken into and I was never given a complete answer as to whether or not I could break my lease that year and move.
