The staff is courteous and knowledgeable and helped me find the machine that was right for me. The annual maintenance performed on another of my machines was excellent, which has not always been the case at other establishments. This is the only place I will buy and maintain my machines now that I have found them.
They are top notch. Every machine that I've bought I've bought from them. Very knowledgeable. Always willing to explain something to you. Will continue to buy from them. From needles and thread to sewing machines.
The customer service rep who answered the phone was very considerate and got me the information I needed quickly and was very nice to deal with. Will use this dealer again.
Good old fashioned service This is a great little shop for repair and purchase of sewing machines that provides good old fashioned customer service. The people there know what they're doing, and they are proud of their work. They take the time to explain the necessary repairs, and when only a minor adjustment is necessary, they say so, and don't try to gouge you for an expensive repair bill when you wouldn't know the difference. They get all my business for my two machines!
