Wayne is amazing! After a few different moves I finally set up my Consew 206RB and it wouldn’t work. I called Sewing Machine Sales and Service and Wayne was at my house within the hour. He made a quick diagnoses and fixed my machine in no time. I can’t recommend him enough. As an aside, he doesn’t have a walk-in shop. He’ll come to your home and pick up your machine for maintenance and repair. Honestly I think it's better. I dreaded having to take my Consew in myself.

The owner is a really great person. I would send everyone to him for sewing machine repairs. I use him at Davis Interiors.
GREAT SERVICE! After going to Tidewater Sew and Vac and being told they could not possibly get the parts and after they tried to sell me a new sewing machine machine (BTW they did the same with my vacuum!) I took my machine here. NO PROBLEMS! What a wonderful person, nice, helpful, patient, and my machine was fixed quickly. No one tried to sell me anything. No pressure. They were great. If anyone knows where I can have my vacuum repaired without a sales pitch I'd love to know where! I will be back!
