Okay fellow sewists, this was scary for me at the onset as I have never heard of this business and was already traumatized by what had happened with my Janome MC 6700p. That being stated this turned out to be the most wonderful experience, as related to sewing machines, repairs and purchases, that I have ever had. Super fantastic staff(Rebecca, Forest, Dene, Ken and Amber, these are the ones I met) are the best of the best at their jobs.
