There are so many sewing machines… but which one is the best for you? Had a great experience with them . They set me up with the perfect sewing machine. I am so happy with my Janome Travel Mate 30 Great service!!!! Happy sewing!! Thank you!!!
Don’t waste your money or business with this shop. The lady I dealt with (I’m assuming manager) was downright rude and condescending! Right in front of another customer, not a nice lady. Also told me I was a liar. Thankfully my first visit here was great. Their old sewing machine technician was helpful and nice. Guess he’s gone and the courtesy. Unfortunate.
Okay fellow sewists, this was scary for me at the onset as I have never heard of this business and was already traumatized by what had happened with my Janome MC 6700p. That being stated this turned out to be the most wonderful experience, as related to sewing machines, repairs and purchases, that I have ever had. Super fantastic staff(Rebecca, Forest, Dene, Ken and Amber, these are the ones I met) are the best of the best at their jobs.
