We scheduled a behavioral medicine appointment in November asking to discuss medicine for anxiety. We were scheduled for January was told it was 1-2 hour appointment. In January, I called to see if there was paperwork I need to complete was told no, but the appointment was canceled. I received no phone call or anything. So I rescheduled for March. They never answer the phone to make an appointment or to ask questions (Rochester and Sewickley location). I've had multiple concerns for my child and they will not even see you unless the fever gets to 104. She ended up at Children's for something that could've been prevented had she been accepted and seen earlier. The Physicians are great, the office staff and nurses..not so much.
