They have provided a fraudulent diagnosis which has now cost me an additional $1,000 in repair and diagnostic at other repair facilities. They stated that a wiring harness and sensor was broken and needed replaced but when taken to two other dealerships it was left unplugged. During their diagnostic process it was not plugged in. I had to have another dealership remove my bumper and plug it back in. I am asking for reimbursement for this expense but are elusive of my calls and emails to even discuss. Unfortunately had a pretty rough service experience here. Car was finished 3 days after estimated. When I came for my scheduled pick up time, it took 30 minutes for someone to greet me. When I was signed out it took another 20 minutes just to bring the car up. When I asked what was taking so long, I was told that my service rep was "waiting in line for the car wash". After I checked my dash cam, he was never in line for the car wash nor was there even a line for the car wash at all. Just blatantly lied to my face on that one... read more
