horrible service...Service manager Matt Liggett...is an idiot He claims EGR (Exhaust Gas Recovery) is NOT part of the emissions system..(which is warrantied) a common practice from "stealerships" is to bill the warranty and have the consumer pay the full price..i.e. double dip... You can't fix stupid...turned it over to my attorney..

On 11/14/2019 I dropped off our 2016 Audi s5 for warranty work do to a coolant leak and a radio speaker issue. Audi service diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts, and repaired the vehicle under warranty. Upon pick up of the vehicle I noticed a gouge and long verticle scratch down the front bumper just below the passenger side head light that was not there prior to dropping the vehicle off for the warranty work.
