This review will be short and sweet as my sewer problem was not. I had a problem with sewage backup over a period of time. I had others out to fix the problem and they didn’t. I was referred to Sewage and Water Specialists in Monroe. I live in Wayne County. They came out and tackled my difficult problem with team effort, good will, grace and dignity. I'm leaving three stars because the crew that came to fix the sewer line were FANTASTIC, but our experience scheduling the service was a nightmare and merits ZERO stars. They were despondent for months and when we finally were able to schedule a day, the crew were unable to find someone to perform a ground inspection. The city of Livonia apparently needed 24 hours notice to get an inspector out to the job- seems like they should have looked into that prior to arriving, no? Awesome company. Performed job at my rental in westland, MI and was very thorough and way less expensive than other contractors i called. Would use them in future for sure. Plus the guys who performed the job were very neat and very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
