We called this company to fix a leak in our ceiling that was caused by the toilet. After the technician came out and initially diagnosed the issue, things quickly went downhill. He left to get supplies, and when he returned, he began cutting the pipe in two different places before realizing he had the wrong fittings. Our basement drain was clogged and making a huge puddle! I called Sewer Surgeon on Sunday and setup an appointment for Monday morning. Aundre arrived promptly, explained and fixed the problem, double checked it was fixed, and left. Whole process took about 20 min! I appreciated the prompt service and the explanations of how/why it was broken and how to maintain it in the future. We had a leak at our home in Staley Farms. Sean came out and identified the issue as a bad supply line and got us taken care of right away. In addition to getting the problem solved quickly, they charged us what I would consider to be below market rates. We would definitely use them again.

WORST plumbing experience ever! DO NOT HIRE!!! Our plumber showed up high as a kite. We have a brand new house with little kids in it and the entire house smelled like weed. We had to ask him to leave before he finished the job because the smell was so bad and my kids were home. My husband has been trying to fix the mess he created.
