We had a leak at our home in Staley Farms. Sean came out and identified the issue as a bad supply line and got us taken care of right away. In addition to getting the problem solved quickly, they charged us what I would consider to be below market rates. We would definitely use them again.
Our basement drain was clogged and making a huge puddle! I called Sewer Surgeon on Sunday and setup an appointment for Monday morning. Aundre arrived promptly, explained and fixed the problem, double checked it was fixed, and left. Whole process took about 20 min! I appreciated the prompt service and the explanations of how/why it was broken and how to maintain it in the future. WORST plumbing experience ever! DO NOT HIRE!!! Our plumber showed up high as a kite. We have a brand new house with little kids in it and the entire house smelled like weed. We had to ask him to leave before he finished the job because the smell was so bad and my kids were home. My husband has been trying to fix the mess he created. He cut our garbage disposal and a fitting my husband had bought and tried to connect / cover everything in plumbing putty. I am happy how it turned out. The crew was fast, efficient and very friendly. The quotes were always transparent and reasonable. Unfortunately all of the existing sewer line under the slab had to be replaced. There was no way to safe the 65 year old iron cast pipe. That burned quite a hole in our budget even though it was totally to expect. I recommend Sewer Surgeon 100%. Thank you Aundre
