Phil (owner) came out on a Saturday and helped solve my sewer backup issue after a plumber and Roto Rooter couldn’t! Phil truly takes pride in his work in doing a great job for his customers. The sewer backup issue I was having was not apparent. However, Phil wasn’t leaving until he was able to determine the cause. We called Sewer Sharks due to our kitchen sinks backing up into each other and not draining after dishes. Phil was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, understanding of our schedule, and took his time explaining why this happens and how he was going to fix it. It didn't take him long to fix the issue and prices were very reasonable. 10/10 would recommend!!
