We had an issue with water backing up when we used the basement bathroom. My nephew recommended Phil. He was responsive, professional and addressed the issue. Phil is very transparent beginning with trouble shooting, identifying the issue and finally the cost. He kept us informed in every aspect. Phil’s job may be a dirty one , rest assure when Phil is done your issue will be resolved and the area will be cleaner than it was when he started. Phil is amazing and we will always call and recommend him to family and friends.

Phil (owner) came out on a Saturday and helped solve my sewer backup issue after a plumber and Roto Rooter couldn’t! Phil truly takes pride in his work in doing a great job for his customers. The sewer backup issue I was having was not apparent. However, Phil wasn’t leaving until he was able to determine the cause. Turns out the backup into my basement was due to a clogged city sewer across the street from my home. We called Sewer Sharks due to our kitchen sinks backing up into each other and not draining after dishes. Phil was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, understanding of our schedule, and took his time explaining why this happens and how he was going to fix it. It didn't take him long to fix the issue and prices were very reasonable. 10/10 would recommend!!
