I used his service about a year ago. Forgot to give a review back then. I highly recommend him as he was punctual and his assessment was spot on. The owner of the house I was buying got the sewer line fixed after the inspection that determined a likely broken tap with heavy root intrusion. The tap was in fact broken.
Subcontracted these guys to scope a main sewer line for one of my clients (i'm a local home inspector) here is the feedback my client gave me because of these clowns, "I think you may want to reconsider using this scoping company [Sewer Scope LLC] going forward. Their video quality was poor, the technician seemed uncertain of himself, and he ended up recommending re-scoping once roots were cleared from the line.
