The actual service people who came out were wonderful. There was water under my water heater, so the assumption was that it was a water heater issue and the first guy they sent out was a water heater tech who was great but determined that the leak was actually coming from the pipe right next to the water heater, so I had to wait until the next day when their plumbers could come out.
