Ashdon did a great job taking care of our sewer. He showed up when he said he would and handled the process with professionalism and care. Happy to be a repeat customer!
Cameron came out to give us a second opinion on a low spot in our sewer line that other companies had told us needed to be replaced immediately. Cameron gave us his honest opinion and provided reasonable options to manage the line long term. He was very friendly and informative and helped put us at ease after another company made us think we had an emergency on our hands. Best part is that the team gave us a second opinion at no cost, definitely will be using them for clean outs and repairs in future.
Couldn’t find Austin listed in employees but wow what an amazing person to reassure and walk me through what I was sure was a panic sewer failure . which turned out to be all good news and NO FEE! The only thing more astonishing than how profesional and patient Austin was was that his company doesn’t charge for work that isn’t needed or even the diagnostic visit . The last experience we had with Sewer Lines Only was regrettably one of the worst we've ever encountered with a contractor. Their original estimate was based on one solution. When they arrived to do the work several weeks later we were informed that solution was no longer an option and the price nearly doubled. They then proceeded to add work to the scale of the project that was not essential.
