Thomas came out yesterday to inspect our sewer line as part of our annual preventative maintenance. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable and professional. He started with a video scope of the line and invited my husband and me to watch the process. I got a camera inspection of my sewer line done by Done! and they quoted me basically $20,000 to replace my sewer line. I called several other companies for quotes and they all said much the same thing with their quotes ranging from $12k to $13k. Ashdon from Sewer Lines Only came to my house and he told me "No you don't need to replace your sewer line" and that I just needed to have him clean it out for a mere $350. We are very disappointed in both the work and the customer service from Sewer Lines Only and would not recommend them to anyone. After paying $19,000 we have had three sinkholes in our yard after they replaced our main line in January because it seems that they do not know how to backfill a trench properly. When I called the first time in May to have them come back out and fix the first sinkhole, it caught my attention when I was told that they were very busy with a bunch of sinkholes at this time of year because of the rain... read more
