Had a Disaster last week started backing up into my basement. Sewer Heroes came with a jet to unclog my sewer line as soon as I called and saved me from a fortune of water damage repairs. My Tech was Dylan, young but super respectful and efficient. First time customer but I will use and refer The sewer heroes from now on!
I had that nightmare scenario – the water heater blew on Saturday morning during memorial day weekend. Mike really was a hero. He took care of everything from walking me through which model to buy as a replacement, then went to Lowe's to pick it up, removed the old one, installed the new one, and just like that we were better than new. And there was no holiday or weekend upcharge. A+ service from an A+ dude and an A+ local company.
