Had an unpleasant experience with sewer heroes because they did not prepare the work area properly allowing sewer water and mud to be tracked in my hallways, foyer and carpeted stairs. Had to endure the stench of sewer for hours. Had to clean up after them and steam vacuum my carpeting. They did reimburse for clean up. "Stuff happens" was the response I received when they caused a sewage back up from the work they were doing.
