We couldn’t be happier with the quality of work of Sewer Friendly. Thomas took the time to explain the technical side of relining our old, cracked sewer so I could feel more knowledgeable and informed. Jeff, Gabriel and Rodo did a high quality job from start to finish. They communicated very well throughout the whole process and also offered competitive prices. We couldn’t be happier with Sewer Friendly and the work they did.
These guys are great. I had a broken sewer line going from the house to the main line in the street. The problem was a grounding pole driven through the pipe, apparently during construction in 2006! They came out the day after I called them for an estimate. Thomas, Goose, and Goose's brother were professional, pleasant, and efficient in diagnosing the problem. I had a really good experience with Sewer Friendly, even with a challenging side sewer relining project. Great experience from start to finish. We called 5 plumbing/sewer companies to help us with a blocked sewage line. Friendly Sewer was the most knowledgeable, trust worthy, and easy to work with. Rodo and Gabriel came to replace to line and were there on time, completed it quickly, and were pleasant to work with. Will recommend this company to everyone we know!
Anything sewer, I will absolutely be calling Sewer Friendly! I am a new homeowner in a 1940s home with 80+ year old concrete sewer pipes. The pipe was degraded and had multiple locations of breakage and root growth. I sought three competitive bids and all three affirmed that lining the pipe was the recommended.
