I brought my car in for a repair twice for the same issue. After the service department did a repair, it did nothing to fix my issue but they stated they had fixed it completely. After I reported that my issue was not fixed at all, nobody cared. My service adviser also did a very poor job of keeping me informed over the 7+ days they had my car. And would even out right lie about what was going on.
I’ve been coming to this place for parts for the past year and a half and the service just keeps getting better and better! The parts team Ryan, Grayson, and Oliver are always helpful and welcoming, and are always happy to provide any further knowledge if needed. Now this is top tier service!
I was able to buy certified Subaru coolant. It was very easy and fast. They showed me where to go and I was out from there in less than 8 mins.
