DO NOT work with Paul, we drove there for AN HOUR just to tell us that the car was sold that morning. Mind you we’ve been talking to him from the night before and even called before hand and he said it’s still available. Such a waste of time!
Summer Lopez (Sales) and Alex (Sales Manager) went above and beyond when talking to me over the phone or text. It was a low pressure sales environment and the communication/pricing was transparent. There are zero unpleasant surprises, only good ones here. They beat every Subaru dealer in DFW in pricing and gave me the best trade-in value. Always have been trustworthy, overall my wife and I will keep coming back Update: We bought a car recently, working with Jack Baldwin, it was a truly great experience. My wife bought her previous car from Sewell Subaru, we have been coming to them for service, and just bought our next car from them. We could not be happier and would highly recommend them.
I waited two months to write this review for it to be accurate. I came here around the ending of January for an oil change. Should be simple right? Well on the phone I was quoted $62 + tax. Get there and it is double the amount. Not the issue here, fine. I have gotten all of my oil changes at a Subaru dealership since purchasing my Subaru 4 years ago.
