Baware. Horrible place. They will charge you for a month your unit was empty after we’d moved out due to lack of communication. The storage unit was empty by end of July and he sent an email saying the month of August AND September was due when today is only 8/28/25, September hasn’t even happened yet. Tried to charge my card $130. Thank God I have my cards locked and have gave the information to my lawyer. The cameras are fake dude had the nerve to lie to my wife saying only camera in my stall was down guy that broke in even stole our new born clothes! Had to find out from the police the cameras are fake!
Owner lives in Indiana doesn't answer his phone will take a few days to answer your text if he answers at all. It's unmanaged for the most part. I have noticed he has one of the residents that live in the house look over the area. Wish they would take phone calls.
