I used Shutter House about 8 years ago and was very pleased with the quality of their blinds and their service particularly Damir. I even recommended him to my neighbor who used them. When I needed shutters again when I moved naturally I called Damir. I have had issues with my shutters ( there was a crack on one of them). I called and texted Damir countless times since March of 2025 and he either ignores me or once said he’s on vacation and will call when he gets back.
