Great company to work for. The owner and management are constantly finding ways to make things better for drivers.
I'm in my 3rd week and absolutely love the company! My first day the owner Jay took me and Mike to lunch I've never seen an owner do that made me feel at home right away. The crew is great I meet drivers out on the road here and there and they are more then happy to come up to my truck and say hello. I don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon can't have a better company to treat you like family. From the front office to the shop in the back☺️

It WAS a great place to work! Good money plenty of home time! Shannon and Karen where awesome dispatchers! Now from what i am told their is no money! Short runs not meeting goals to get bonuses! $550 for 2100 miles is about .27 cents per mile $650 is about .29 cpm $750 is 31 cpm! Most goals 2200 miles people only reach maybe 1 time every couple months! This company used to be great I hope Jay gets it their again!
