I have worked in the corporate auto industry for over 35 years and I can say this was a benchmark for the service department there. Easy to make an appointment, convenient times and excellent personal service. I purchased an X5 50e hybrid a month ago, and within the first week, I encountered an engine light warning. It took the service team three days to resolve the issue. By the second week, the car developed drivetrain and high-voltage engine problems, struggling to start. This time, the service process took an entire week, with minimal communication on the cause of the issue.
