I've been waiting, nearly a year, to write this review of awful service. If I could give zero stars, I would. Last July I took my car to MINI of Plano for recall service. While there, I asked them to diagnose the cause of a small amount of smoke upon first starting my car after it sat awhile (greater than 5 days or so). The charged me $250 to look. Was probably the worst buying experience I’ve ever had. I’d previously purchased 3-4 vehicles from Sewell, known for excellent customer service, not deceptive trade practices. My sales person was the most shrug person I’d ever dealt with. Needless to say they had me in a bad spot, 5 hours from home with no car, so I bought the car without it being properly repaired as the sales person used her play on words to justify why car was “touched up” and not repaired as I requested to be a condition to me buying the car. This rating is mainly due to Kayla George's efforts. I bought a Mini Cooper as an anniversary gift for my wife. She went over and beyond and delivered the car to the location. She also got a card and a flower bouquet for the occasion, which was unexpected. I truly appreciate her efforts to make it memorable. I would give her a SIX out of 5 if there is a star rating.
