Made a deal filled out the paperwork and credit app they called me a few hours later and said we saw that one yesterday but we do have another one. Yes they did with about 10 grand worth of damage to the side of it. I'm pissed to say the least.
My experience so far with Sewell Ford Lincoln service department has been very upsetting 😡. Get the VIP package they say, make it sound so awesome....yeah no. Worst service ever, have to call 2 months in advance to be able to get a loaner....take 6 hours for an oil change and get lost dropping off vehicle.... oh and blame you that you gave them wrong address.....
The absolute worst dealership in the Permian Basin. No one calls back. It’s like they don’t care if they make a sell because they are price gouging everyone who walks in.
