I've been coming here for 15 years with 2 vehicles. Mike Davis and Britton did an outstanding job handling the service on my 2017 ES350 with 178K miles, (tire pressure sensors and lane change sensor). Customer service was top notch. Getting back into my freshly clean car that smelt new was a bonus!
Absolute drop in customer service...I asked for alignment results and one would've thought I was asking for a date. Alignment is still off btw. Service rep didn't answer my messages until I called and was transfered 4x...why am I paying a premium for the same service I can get from a smaller shop?
