I’ve been a loyal customer at Sewell Lexus for over 9 years and have always appreciated their service. However, a recent experience has unfortunately ended that relationship. In 2025, I brought my car in for a specific clicking/knocking sound in the engine. After inspection, I was told this was "normal" for the age and model of my vehicle and that nothing could be done. The wait times are too long. Especially, for someone who already has an appointment. Everything else is good, but something needs to be done about the waiting time
