This was our 3rd time buying a car from Sewell Lexus and we have had an amazing experience each time. Kevin Chou is the best at selling cars. We did not feel pressured or rushed to buy the vehicle. We just walked in and told him exactly what type of vehicle we were looking for and he was knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. I think it took us only about an hour to purchase our new car. We are beyond happy with all the help Cynthia has given us. We recently purchased an RX 350, but it ended up being a little too small for our family. After talking with Cynthia Lozano, she kindly helped us find a better fit, and we are now in a TX 350 that accommodates our family so much better. We didn’t have to sacrifice comfort at all, and throughout the entire process she was attentive, patient, and made everything very clear and simple. We truly can’t thank her enough — she is amazing!
