Not the best experience! I honestly don’t know why I even tried to give them another chance! Customer service is the worst. They try to drain every dime you got. They want to charge 250 for a diagnostics For EVERYTHING after i just paid for diagnostics and they did a multi check point inspection on car .My washer fluid light came on i refilled up but obviously the light is going to stay on until the dealer turns it off. Please avoid Paige and Katie. I came In to have an oil change and address a sound that seems to signal an issue. I was repeatedly asked to describe the sound and issue. I brought it here because you all are the experts. It’s always a condescending staff member on the team. The newest addition seems to be Katie who attempted to reprimand me when I got frustrated describing the same issue to Paige who seems nice but clueless.
