Went to get an estimate. They do great work and only use dealer Cadillac parts to repair vehicles.
I will always use Sewell collision. My tech Justin was helpful and understanding. The other parties insurance totaled out my vehicle, I received more help from Justin in the entire process than I did from the Insurance company.
Great and very nice staff. They answered all my questions and concerns with ease and provided great support in need. Highly recommended.
I had the unfortunate circumstance to need body work after a front-end collision and was lucky to be paired with Malachi Cobb at Sewell Collision for my repairs. Malachi set proper expectations from the beginning, as my vehicle is a newer EV which can bring some added complexities with repairs and parts.
