I hit a deer in my Audi A6, not a bunch of damage but (see pics) wanted it fixed correctly. I called to find the Audi certified shop, Sewell Collision came up. I called to make an appointment to have it fixed, but they hade a month back log. I figured I could wait to have it done correctly, so I waited. My day came I took it in and dropped it off, figured it might be a month or less. It took 3 months to get the first call to come get it. I got there and the car was very poorly repaired. Taylor delivered excellent service and my car looks good as new!
After having to take my car back for paint issues and then on that 2nd time, I had a dispute on a clear coat issue that was done by the body shop. They don't want to fix it, nor can they call me back for a door seal that they ruined... I wouldn't recommend this place ever. I think I would have been better off somewhere else. Sewell is blaming it on an environment issue when it had under 8k miles, and I had it less than 6 months. I have covered parking and do not park under trees.
