( was going to scope out the area because I WAS in the process of getting hired for a role ) 1. Pulling into the dealership I couldn’t find anywhere to park . 2. Walked inside and saw 0 customers , I did see managers/salespeople sitting in their cubicle and they watched me walk in and still didn’t say a WORD! 3. Oil change and tire rotation was flawless, but sales rep was pre-informed of a headliner issue as a well as an issue with the GMC app not showing any rewards points after purchasing a new vehicle - but dealership was not provided any of these details prior to arriving for service
Do Not Buy anything from this lot. I recently purchased a 2018 Dodge Durango from them and it has had nothing but problems the vehicle doesn't run won't start I've called them multiple times they do nothing but promise to return my call. I wasted a couple thousand on a down payment and now I'm stuck stranded unable to get anywhere. Again do not trust these people they will steal your money.
Set an appointment for a week and a half out due to the service transmission alert. Waited a whole week to drive to Andrews from Midland for them to tell me they couldn’t diagnose it until April. The vehicle with this alert shouldn’t just be driven wherever. They should have advised they wouldn’t be able to diagnose it until 3 months out I wouldn’t have wasted my time and put safety on the line going to Andrews! Sales side.... Happened on 1-18. Salesman Dakota is very pushy and will lie to you. I'm standing in front of a truck and he tells me there's no cosmetic issues with the truck when I'm sitting in it after I say there's no running issues. I know a 11 year old truck will have cosmetic issues. That was strike one. I also had to remind him to fill my tank after filling out the paperwork. Strike two.
