Worse service ever and still going strong. They don’t honor the option to set up appointments online, even though that’s an option. Told I have to be on a waiting list, called back for an update, was told that there isn’t a waiting list.

I came to buy a new Suburban or Tahoe, I had not decided. But before I could even get out of my old Tahoe, a salesman hot footed it asking what I wanted, I couldn't even look. If I need you, I'll come get you. But bothering me before I can even look will 100% make me drive away, which I did.

We turned in our lease two months early for a new truck on September 19th with the agreement that Sewell would cover our last two car payments for the lease which came out to $1,520. We were told upon signing that this money would be sent directly to GM Financial and GM Financial would send us a bill for our remaining balance (we went over on mileage and would be charged for that) so we were expecting a bill, but when the bill showed up on Saturday November 22 for $2,200, we knew that wasn’t right. I have brought three vehicles from Sewell I have my truck at 36k miles needed service they don’t have anything for months and when you go in they don’t give you any information before you get there. I arrived to my appointment they couldn’t work with me in a loaner vehicle since they never told Me my truck had to be left in before they do the inspection.
