Amazing service from the sales department Armando to the finance manger Jose who did all his hard work and dedication to get my daughter right! Also all the workers were very nice and everyone made sure we were comfortable

The experience i had here was phenomenal!!! Exceptionally awesome. Clint Rodgers was my service man and he went above and beyond to get my car serviced and back to me in a super fast time. He is very courteous and personable. Most super in explaining what I needed done. Very knowledgeable, and the receptionists were very informant and knowledgeable also. Clint got me in and had my car back with "CADILLAC CLASS" Thanks guys another super job well done!!! Glenda Wilson
This is the second time in the last 30 days I've sent in my vehicle to get serviced at Sewell Cadillac. I can't be more thankful for the most friendliness, knowledgeable, and genuine staff at this location. Mr. Pilkington and staff could teach a class on customer service.
