Worst service ever had, we got our Escalade her back in January and the car has spent more time at the dealership than at home. The worst service department the worst customer service. It has now been over six months since I purchased my 2021 BMW X7 M50i from Sewell in Midland, and I still have not received my permanent license plates. My temporary tags expired on the 6th, and despite notifying management in advance, I’ve received no solution or even meaningful communication.
