The experience i had here was phenomenal!!! Exceptionally awesome. Clint Rodgers was my service man and he went above and beyond to get my car serviced and back to me in a super fast time. He is very courteous and personable. Most super in explaining what I needed done. Very knowledgeable, and the receptionists were very informant and knowledgeable also. This is the second time in the last 30 days I've sent in my vehicle to get serviced at Sewell Cadillac. I can't be more thankful for the most friendliness, knowledgeable, and genuine staff at this location. Mr. Pilkington and staff could teach a class on customer service.
Service department is a joke. Took my Escalade in to find out where washer fluid reservoir was leaking from and to look at the suspension. Was told they need to keep my car for 2 weeks for a master technician to look at suspension and that would be $299 diagnostic fee. If I only wanted the reservoir checked out, it would be same day. Got a quote a few hours later with suspension repairs and countless other things on it saying they all need done and nothing about the reservoir. I was still in town so I went by. The worst dealership I’ve been. Bad customer service bad service department not once have they been able to help I don’t know if it’s because how small they are but they loose business because of that I buy my Cadillacs out of town all the time and for service I go to a different town. They should separate regular service like oil change from a major repair like FORD does!!
