In February 2011, Sewell opened its doors to the west Houston community with our first Cadillac dealership in Houston. We began construction on a world-class, LEED certified retail facility in late 2011 and completed the project in April 2013. This over 66,000-square-foot facility on 11.89 acres is currently the fourth largest Cadillac certified pre-owned dealership in the U.S. Sewell Cadillac of Houston also ended 2015 as the seventh largest Cadillac dealership in the country for new vehicle sales.

Service department has turned into full of lies and poor service. They will claim leaky shocks, leaky gaskets when in fact they are not leaks. For example said I needed a new seal for my oil pan because it was leaking. I said no to the service and had it checked by a their place and it was just spilled oil. They destroyed my hood on my truck when I paid for a detail. On top of that never put my wheel lock back into my car. Before you need a large payment of service get a second opinion
We drive all the way from Beaumont to have our Escalade serviced. Always have a loaner car if needed. Most of all, ALL the service employees are the absolute best. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
