In February 2011, Sewell opened its doors to the west Houston community with our first Cadillac dealership in Houston. We began construction on a world-class, LEED certified retail facility in late 2011 and completed the project in April 2013. This over 66,000-square-foot facility on 11.89 acres is currently the fourth largest Cadillac certified pre-owned dealership in the U.S. Sewell Cadillac of Houston also ended 2015 as the seventh largest Cadillac dealership in the country for new vehicle sales.

After having an oil leak repaired, the next day I found a mechanics tool left inside the engine compartment. I found this tool when I changed the engine air filter, which Sewell quoted $109 to change out the filter. I brought a filter for $15 and changed it out in less than 5 minutes. I am disappointed that the Sewell mechanic did not perform a quality check before releasing the vehicle back to us. I have been going to this dealership for the past few years. Last week I called them and got the price for oil change. When I took my car in they asked me for a higher price. I asked for the managers, they gave me a different price, but still higher than what they told me on the phone. I got 3 different price from 3 different person. Both the service manager and the dealership manager were rude and handled the situation very unprofessional. I left and went somewhere else where I paid over 50% less.
