This dealership has awesome salesmen that go above and beyond for you, awesome warm cookies and a soda fountain, but bad management when it comes to taking care of customers and defective vehicles. I’ve had a 2024 escalade for less than 2 years(purchased June 22nd, 2024) and it has had 1 engine replacement, 2 engine failures and 2 failed brake systems(both times with my family in the car) for them to come to realization the vehicle indeed was faulty.
