Have to say that from my purchase thru BMW til now which is 2 years later this team here has taken care of all my vehicles needs. The service department manager Jessica Franco has been the absolute best to deal with. From seeing her grow there from an advisor to manager shes made all my visits go so smoothly. Sewell BMW of the Permian Basin Midland Is a great place to buy a vehicle. We purchased a used vehicle and our sales person Mallory as well as the woman in the finance department were a pleasure to work with. We had a couple of issues with the vehicle (such as a rock chip and a license plate light) that were discussed one before we purchased and the other was actually after we purchased and we noticed when leaving the dealership.
