I called in for some parts for my E92 M3 and just wanted to give Kudos to the parts department and front desk. They held true to the Sewell reputation, even though I was just there for a small parts order. Arianna was super kind and knowledgable, making sure I left with what I needed. We are extremely loyal Sewell customers, purchasing at least 5 cars from the Sewell family. This experience has been a nightmare. We inquired on a Tundra through the used car department. We came immediately to view the truck and it had not been put through the inspection yet. Upon test driving we noticed a foul odor. The salesperson assured us the smell would be taken care of.
