I've had service done on my 2019 i3 twice here and I've received the best customer service I've had at any dealership! They send a video with a detailed rundown of what they see on your car, so it seems a lot more honest since they point out exactly what they've found. We even forgot an item in our loaner car, and they found it the next day, and called me back within 5 minutes after I called asking about the item I forgot. This is definitely my go-to place for service in the future.
