I recently had the wonderful experience of working with Harrison Redden at Sewell Grapevine BMW and would like to share a review. Harrison was pleasant and communicative and easy to work with. I felt he listened to me and found a fantastic car within a tight time frame. I hope to work with him again sometime in the future. He is an exceptional salesperson and he's from Oklahoma too!
Would not recommend this dealership. On our second vehicle from them (both were brand new BMW's - an X3 then X5 -- neither cheap or even mid-priced vehicles) and first one was great experience with purchase and service. Second one (bout about 5 years ago now) was ok with purchase / sale and the service has been horrible. Wife and I feel like we have been lied to on multiple occasions as there have been contradictions and different information from different people. Only one can be the truth. Excellent and professional service.
In the process of custom ordering a BMW M60i through Tucker. He has allowed us to take the time necessary to formulate exactly what it is we were looking for, keeping in contact with us every step of the way. The deal that was negotiated in the end leads me to believe that we will be taken care of for years to come.
Just picked up a 2027 X6 yesterday. The car is absolutely stunning. Special thanks to Payton, Deborah and Steve for making it all possible. Everyone working together for a common goal. Talk about teamwork !!
