I recently bought a car from a location in Midland Texas and have had a terrible experience so far. We had to take the car back for shaking 3 days after driving it off the lot and were told they replaced the brakes and rotors after fighting with them about fixing it for 3 days. They claimed that the warranty “didn’t cover it because it was a wear and tear part” but eventually did the right thing. Been a customer since 2017, Sewells quality of service has been sliding down to the drain. Recently dropped my car for a $6k dashboard replacement job. ($3k for parts and $3k for the labor) for a leather dashboard replacement on my car. The original dashboard was delaminating leather a common issue with certain models. Audi of Americas covered majority of the repair since it was reported during the warranty period and the extra cost covered by me. our 2020 King Ranch Expedition was damaged near Marble Falls so we had it towed to Sewell Ford. It was a minor repair but they had it for OVER A MONTH!!! Not kidding. July 14th until yesterday, August 19th!!! They apparently do not even test drive cars after front end work because we initially picked it up and it was vibrating like one of Home Depot's paint mixers.
