our 2020 King Ranch Expedition was damaged near Marble Falls so we had it towed to Sewell Ford. It was a minor repair but they had it for OVER A MONTH!!! Not kidding. July 14th until yesterday, August 19th!!! They apparently do not even test drive cars after front end work because we initially picked it up and it was vibrating like one of Home Depot's paint mixers. It now has a "wag" side to side when it goes over bumps. The ladies in the collision center were great but the Sewell technicians are slow, not thorough and do no... read more
