I am beyond surprised how this place has anything higher than a one star rating. The only bright spot has been their installations techs. They have been polite and seem to take their role and responsibilities serious. The same cannot be said for the sales team. Unresponsive is a sever understatement when it comes to communicating. A person can only be told," we will call you back" so many times before it looses all meaning. After waiting three months on a microwave, the techs showed up to do an install. We remodeled our kitchen in 2017 and purchased all our appliances from this Sewell. We thought the experience would be better than a big box store. We were wrong! We have had issues with our refrigerator since May (3 months) and have received no support. We are not asking that they repair the product free. We just want some assistance with determining the correct parts and getting a reliable repair person. They sent us to a third party that then charged us $70 to order incorrect parts. Butch is amazing! I was able to get everything ordered and delivered painlessly. He even got me in touch with some great installers at the last minute when my contractor ran into issues installing the integrated fridge and induction cooktop. I would do business with Sewell again. Very responsive and great customer service.
The original owners sold the company a few years ago and the customer service has done a 180. Spend your money elsewhere.
