Ms Seward was my PCP for a couple of years. She is without a doubt the worse PCP I have ever had the displeasure to have treat me. Because I have anxiety disorders and needed medication to be able to function normally, she drug tested me on several occasions for no reason. I have a medical marijuana card and I believe she sincerely wanted me to suffer by refusing to refill my medication because of this. I'm now dealing with stage 4 CKD which she never picked up on because she was too busy trying to cut off the meds I needed ... read more
