The building is a nice place to live. The major problems at this building are the security supervisors. Densil Nugent is irresponsible, rude, and unprofessional. He will constantly lie to you if you ask him simple questions. The other supervisor, Hill, is the type of person that provokes people instead of defusing situations. On top of that, he spends the majority of his shift sleeping in the break room and sleeping in the locker room.

I believe the previous review from Calvin is in error and that he is referring to a different complex. All security personnel at SPHC are seated 100% of the time behind a desk. Most are very friendly, as are the porters and the management staff. I have lived here for 20 years and would recommend SPHC to anyone, particularly those with children. We have a wonderfully supportive community of families here, along with private playgrounds, and playroom, and a community room that can be reserved for parties.

I don't know about living here but working here is horrible. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a security job. The pay is very low. It's a residential area with a bunch of spoiled rich people who are very rude to you if you don't buzz them even though they have a key. The shift supervisors have a combined IQ of 7, their main goal is to write you up for any little mistake you make. They provide you with a stool to sit on but you could only sit the last 15 minutes of every hour. There's one supervisor in part... read more
