All of the experiences I've had with Seward Home Construction have been positive. Mike Seward and his crew are knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. They do excellent work, they do it on time, and—what I like—is that they involve me at every step of the project. Mike can work with a variety of materials and when subcontractors are needed, he gets only the best, and he guarantees their work. We had Mike/SHS remodel our kitchen this summer and are very happy with the process and the results. Mike worked with us throughout the planning process, nothing felt rushed or like we had limited options. During the construction Mike was often onsite, but a lot of it was led by Shawn (or maybe Sean?) who was also great. They were both very communicative of any problems that appeared (there are always some) and were able to find clever solutions around some of the unique issues that are house presents. We had two bathrooms in our house completely remodeled during an extended period when we were awat. Mike Seward and his crew did a thoroughly professional and beautiful job in this older home, taking the spaces down to the studs. They added tiled walk-in showers, new flooring, new cabinetry, sinks and counters, etc. Every bit of the workmanship is precise, very well-done, and exactly what we most hoped for.
